Yes. Our minimums depend on the decoration method:
Screen printing: 12 pieces
Embroidery: 6 pieces
Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing: No minimum – you can print as few as 1 shirt

Our typical turnaround time is 2 weeks. This includes time to source garments and complete production. Rush orders may be possible for an additional fee—just ask!
We offer a wide range of inks including plastisol, water-based, metallic, puff ink, and even glow-in-the-dark. If you're after a specialty finish, let us know and we’ll source it for you.
Absolutely. We can order blank samples for you—charges apply, but if you move forward with the order, we can use the samples and apply the print cost only. Or, book a visit to our Toronto showroom to check out our sample garments in person.
The best format is a vector file (like .EPS, .AI, or .SVG), or a high-resolution 300dpi file sized to print (acceptable types: .JPG, .PNG, .EPS).

For adult garments, the max screen print size is 14" x 16". For youth or women's apparel, the max may be smaller based on the garment’s dimensions.
Yes, for apparel only (no promotional products). You must bring in a sample first—some fabrics may not withstand the heat of the screen printing process, and we want to ensure a quality result.

Helpful measuring tip: Grab your favourite garment and measure just below the armpit across the chest for the garment width. For the garment length, measure from the shoulder seam to the bottom hem. Compare these measurements to the size chart to determine your size!
Wash your items inside out in cold water, and hang dry to keep prints and stitching looking fresh.
