Our MOQ depends on the decoration process. For screen printing the MOQ is 12pcs, for embroidery the MOQ is 6pcs, and for DTG the MOQ is as low as just 1pc! For promotiona; products the MOQ varies depending on the product. Please refer to the product page or contact us with any questions regarding order size.
Our turnaround time for most jobs is two weeks. This gives us time to properly source your items as well as to allow for production. Depending on the details of your order we can potentially provide a rush service but this would incur extra fees.
We use a variety of inks depending on your printing needs. Some examples are metallic, glow-in-the-dark, puff, water-based and basic plastisol. Specialty inks can be ordered.
Yes. We can order you blank samples but we have to charge you for them. However, if you decide to proceed with the order, you can use those samples in the order and just cover the print cost. Or instead of ordering samples, you can make an appointment to view the samples we have in our showroom. Our helpful customer service reps would be happy to assist you in finding the perfect garment.
Vector files are best or a high resolution (300dpi) file sized to print should work (exceptable file types include EPS, JPG, PNG).
We can definitely help get your designs ready for print or make something from scratch if you don’t have any art ready. This kind of work can add an additional design fee to your order depending on the amount of time needed. Check out our design templated in our Designer.
The maximum print size is determined by the garment. For an adult garment the maximum print size is 14" x 16". The maximum would be smaller on women's and youth.
We can do print-only jobs for garments only, however you must bring us a sample to inspect before we can commit to the job as many fabrics can be damaged through the heat intensity of the screen printing process.
Sizing varies brand to brand but each product page does include a sizing chart. If it does not please feel free to contact us and we can find out for you.
Helpful tip: Grab your favourite garment and measure just below the armpit across the chest for the garment width. For the garment length, measure from the shoulder seam to the bottom hem. Compare these measurements to the size chart to determine your size!
To help prevent any damage or fading of your custom garments, we recommend washing them inside out in cold water and hanging to dry.
Although there is different pricing systems used for certain promotional products, generally speaking, (with the exception of DTG), there is an initial setup fee, followed by a unit price, which is based on a combination of the total quantity ordered and the amount of colours printed. For more specific pricing please refer to the pricing information included on each product page within our shop section, or have a look at our pricing guide. Alternatively you can also call or email us with any questions you have about pricing.
We require a 50% deposit before proceeding with the order. Once that is received, your order will move in to production. When the order is complete, the balance is due.
