Screen Printing

Screen printing is our most popular imprint method when customizing apparel. We have standard plastisol, soft-hand or vintage inks, as well as shimmery metallic gold and silver inks. Screen printing is a process that works best for any logos, text, or illustrations that use flat, solid colours. We also have halftone and four colour processes available for those designs that may be photographic in nature or rely heavily on blended colours and gradients, however there are many restrictions inherent to these kinds of designs so please call and speak with of us if you think your design falls into this category.

DTG PRINTING

Direct to Garment (DTG) is a new digital printing technology that excels in accurately reproducing photographic or gradient heavy designs onto a variety of garments. DTG printing works best on white, 100% cotton t-shirts but we can also use these method on darker garments and some promotional products. Unfortunately DTG does not work with any kind of high polyester fabrics or any other material that is heat sensitive.

In addition to screen-printing, we also offer the option of heat-pressing vinyl custom names or full colour photographic images on to your selected garment or promotional product. Depending on the circumstance, vinyl printing is often more economical especially when making individualized customizations for team wear or clubs. Additionally vinyl printing is often able to achieve the kinds of smooth gradients and blends that screen printing cannot.
